Zero Degrees From Francais Bacon

There's this show on the History Channel that assembles a link between approximately six technological innovations.
Needless to say, its Six Degrees from Keven Bacon, only replaces actors with technological innovations. It Startis with a modern invention, , and ending with Sir Francais Bacon.

However, I think you can link Bacon to any technology in only one step, and I'll tell you what, I'll throw in scientific discovery, or virtually any form of deduction: The Scientific Method.

Yep, although Bacon didnt create the SM, he did concieve one of it's first precursors, The Baconian Method.

*insert virutally anything that'd could have any link to science* -> Scientfic Method -> Baconian Method -> Bake.

Also, an interesting fact. During his life, the Baconion Method was condemned by the Church as Occult. It was due to its use of induction, which is basically experimintation, testing hypothesis, and observation. Taking note of your observations was committing heresy and that is comedy gold.

Trent Reznoration

After listening to Razed in Black, i came to a conclusion: boy these guys sound like Trent Reznor. Then, i heard Steril, and much to my chagrin, every carpet-bagging cattle-rustler wants to sound like Trent - cotton-pickin - Reznor. I enjoy industrial music, hell, there is no better music, but I - dag'nammit - hate trent Reznor's voice.

Yes, trent reznor, undeservingly, has many imitators. Some of which span beyond the paradigm of music. For one, the character, Snape, from the Harry Potter series. He's a spitting image of him. Infact, not many people are aware, but Trent must be some sort of prophet, because if you play the track Ruiner (on Downward Spiral) backwards, you can actually hear Trent spoiling the plot of the latest Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
