I have always tapped the annals of Wikipedia for three years. It is one of the most noble elements of the internet as it provides meticulous information about virutally any facet of human knowledge. Though, I've noticed a particular quirk about many of its croniclers: metaphorical terms being used in the literal sense through its network of cross-referencing.
This is manifested in this particular passage about Teen-Pop:
"Teen pop bands are almost always made or prefabricated, not born, and admittedly so."
"Joesph Stalin's Great Purges were very draconian policies"
